    科研簡介:

       現任職于福州大學生物科學與工程學院,福州大學食品科學與工程專業碩士生導師。主要研究方向涉及多尺度結構化食品膠體的設計及其對腸道穩態的調節作用、天然高分子基食品包裝材料、天然高分子基膠體遞送系統等方面。目前已參與發表學術論文30余篇,其中以第一(通訊)作者在ACS Nano,Trends in Food Science & Technology等期刊發表SCI論文14篇,影響因子大于10分的論文4篇,論文總被引近800次,h因子15。參與國家發明專利申請10余項,已獲授權4項。多次在國內外會議上進行學術報告。

    社會兼職:

    擔任Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering C, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food Science and Human Wellness等10余本SCI期刊的同行評審。
