科研簡介:
主要研究方向包括食品營養、腸道健康、機器學習交叉學科領域,涉及膳食天然產物的腸道保護機制研究、腸道菌群、腸炎動物評估模型構建等。迄今為止以第一或者通訊作者身份在期刊上發表SCI論文12篇,H-index 10,他引400余次;Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Inflammation、Journal of Functional Foods等期刊評審專家。
