      科研簡介:

      主要從事功能性脂質以及風味脂質的發掘與研究。主要涉及脂質合成、脂質與健康、食品加工中脂質與風味的相互作用等領域開展了一系列研究。近4年,以第一作者或者通訊作者在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、Food Research International、Food Chemistry、Molecular Nutrition & Food Research等期刊發表SCI論文10余篇。
