科研簡介:
現歸屬于福州大學生物科學與工程學院汪少蕓院長領導的食品與海洋生物資源研究所。主要研究方向有蛋白質結構與功能,多尺度結構化食品膠體的設計及其對腸道穩態的調節作用、天然高分子基食品包裝材料、天然高分子基膠體遞送系統等方面。目前已發表學術論文50余篇,其中以第一(通訊)作者在ACS Nano,Trends in Food Science & Technology,Engineering,Carbohydrate Polymers,Food Hydrocolloids等SCI期刊發表論文24篇,高被引論文1篇,影響因子大于10分的論文9篇,論文總被引2100余次,h因子24。參與國家發明專利申請10余項,已獲授權6項。多次在國內外會議上進行學術報告。
