科研簡介:
主要研究方向為(1)食品漿果來源花色苷類多酚(如矢車菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷)的抗氧化、抗炎與糖脂代謝調控活性及其分子機制;(2)漿果花色苷對食品污染物微塑料誘導的腸道菌群失調、代謝紊亂、結腸炎等毒性的干預作用及機制;(3)牛乳、蜂王漿、梔子等來源外泌體的提取、生物活性及其靶向遞送應用等。合計發表SCI論文34篇,其中以第一或通訊作者(含共同)在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Materials Today Bio、Food & Function等期刊發表論文12篇,總引用數780余次,個人H-指數18。主持中國博士后科學基金面上項目1項,參與國家自然科學基金面上項目1項;申請國家發明專利3項(1項已授權)。
社會兼職:
(1)擔任Frontier in Cellular and Infection Microbiology(IF=4.9,中科院2區)期刊,專刊客座主編;
