科研簡介:
圍繞生物分離過程開展建模與優化研究,以第一作者在Biotechnol Bioeng,J Chromatogr A等期刊發表SCI論文12篇,參編圖書著作1章,獲軟件著作權4項,擔任SCI期刊Processes客座編輯及多個國際知名期刊審稿人。
主要研究方向概括如下:
[1] AI賦能生物分離過程建模與優化:引入機器學習與深度學習技術,開發機理與數據融合驅動的建模方法,輔助層析、過濾等生物分離下游工藝的過程優化。
[2] 連續生物制藥與新型分離技術:聚焦單克隆抗體、小核酸、多肽等生物藥物,探索連續流層析等新型工藝,促進生物制藥過程的連續化與高效化。
