      科研簡介:

      專注于開發高效、特異的體內基因遞送策略。通過篩選優化脂質納米粒(LNP)及設計優化mRNA序列,使其能夠聯合超聲靶向微泡空化實現靶向體內特定組織器官乃至特定類群細胞遞送mRNA,同時屏蔽外源mRNA在非超聲輻照部位的表達,實現體內定點的基因表達乃至基因編輯,用于治療動脈粥樣硬化、癌癥等疾病。
