      科研簡介:

      從事基于功能納米材料、功能核酸的生物探針構建以及在生物檢測、細胞生物學等領域的應用研究,包括活細胞熒光成像、細胞膜蛋白調控、腫瘤靶向檢測及診斷等。目前已在Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Analytical Chemistry等國際刊物發表SCI論文20余篇。先后主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、福建省杰出青年科學基金、技術開發橫向合作項目等近10項,科研成果已實現成果轉化及應用。入選福建省第五批“雛鷹計劃”青年拔尖人才、福建省高層次C類人才、福州大學“旗山學者”。獲第八屆中國國際“互聯網+”大學生創新創業大賽銀獎、福建省“互聯網+”大學生創新創業大賽優秀創新創業導師、福州大學“青年五四獎章”、福州大學“杰出青年教師勵志獎”等榮譽稱號。

      多級聯靶標響應型動態DNA納米探針用于原位肝癌活體成像,國家自然科學基金面上項目,2025-2028,主持。

      活細胞表面特定蛋白糖基化類型的高通量分析及其分子識別性能的研究,國家自然科學基金面上項目,2020-2023,主持。

      基于GaN納米結構的乳腺癌CTC分離及差異蛋白SALDI-MS分析研究,國家自然科學基金青年基金項目,2017-2019,主持。
