科研簡介:
研究方向為“微流控測序與體外模型構建中的新原理/新方法開發、儀器研制及生物應用研究”。發明了多種微流控水凝膠微粒定制裝置,實現了凝膠微粒空間功能的按需設計與無標記分析,成功應用于分子診斷、細胞培養、中藥分析、藥物篩選等。共發表SCI論文48篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、 Matter、 ACS Cent. Sci.、 Chem. Sci.、 Engineering、 Anal. Chem.、 Small、 Chem. Eng. J. 等重要期刊發表論文20余篇;授權并轉化中國發明專利1項;主持國家自然科學基金青年基金、國家重點研發子課題等;參與國家自然科學基金面上項目、廣東省重點領域研發計劃項目等。
