    科研簡介:

    從事基于功能納米材料、功能核酸的生物探針構建以及在生物檢測、細胞生物學等領域的應用研究,包括活細胞熒光成像、細胞膜蛋白調控、腫瘤靶向檢測及診斷等。目前已在Chemical Society Review、JACS、Small、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等國際刊物發表SCI論文十余篇。主持國家自然科學基金2項。2020年入選福州大學旗山學者。

     

    科研項目:

    基于GaN納米結構的乳腺癌CTC分離及差異蛋白SALDI-MS分析研究,國家自然科學基金青年基金項目,2017-2019,主持。

    活細胞表面特定蛋白糖基化類型的高通量分析及其分子識別性能的研究,國家自然科學基金面上項目,2020-2023,主持。
