針對醫藥、化工等行業中具有重要應用前景的藥物，基于計算生物學、人工智能和結構生物學的方法，對關鍵酶分子進行理性設計，并進行分子改造，以期提高酶立體/化學選擇性、藥物產量以及減少副產物等。
